The linen used to make this throw has been dew retted. This is the most natural way to extract pectins (what is woven into linen) from the flax. It uses the least amount of water of all retting processes and is completely sustainable.
100% washed linen jacquard throw blanket. Swea is a modern reboot of intricate historic Swedish Huck embroidery once common on household items like tablecloths and mattress covers. The color is also very Scandi-calm: subtle, muted blue paired with white.
