Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to certain remote locations and parts of Asia. If you have a specific country inquiry, please contact us.

What are your shipping options?

We offer two intentional shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL or FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping (on orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch. This slower option supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

How long does order processing take?

Our team takes 1-2 business days to carefully hand-check and prepare your order using recycled and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.

Why does delivery take longer during certain periods?

Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges.

What is your return policy?
