This can be used as a centerpiece, or as a placemat on your dining table. It is heat resistant so it can be used to set down a tea kettle on or a hot dish from the oven. Practically and meaningfully designed, the trivets have woven loops attached to them so that they can be hung up on a wall for decoration.
