Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders with care and efficiency.

Order Processing Time: All orders are thoughtfully hand-packed and processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines: We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: These are estimated transit times and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We ship globally, with the exception of parts of Asia and other remote areas.

Our Mindful Return & Exchange Process

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If an item isn’t a perfect fit for your home or lifestyle, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please Be Mindful: To ensure the health and safety of our community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories due to hygiene reasons:
  • Accessories (e.g., Bandanas, Belts, Bags, Backpacks)
  • Bathrobes
  • Activewear + Athleisure
All sales on these items are final.

To initiate a mindful return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our mindful team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary details for a swift resolution.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send items back without an RMA.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method’s statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the return is received and approved. If the new item is of greater value, we will charge the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
