  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays
  • We ship globally except to parts of Asia and other remote areas
  • Shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a mindful return policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Bathrobes
    • Activewear + Athleisure
    All sales on these items are final.
  • To initiate a return or exchange:

    • Wait for instructions and RMA number before shipping items back
    • Ship using a trackable method to the provided address
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, plus 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved
